Terms of Service — Tokyo Barber Shop

These terms apply to tokyobarbershop.com, the account area behind it, and any Tokyo Barber Shop mobile app you use to book with us. By booking with us or using the site, you agree to them.

Booking a time

• The times you see are the shop’s live availability. A slot can be taken while you finish booking; if that happens, the page asks you to pick another time.
• When you send the form you get a reference number. Your booking is a request until the shop accepts it, and the shop may call you to confirm.
• Please give a phone number we can reach you on, so we can confirm your appointment.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars, as the shop’s current price for each service.
• You pay in the shop, not online. We do not take card details on this site.
• If a discount has been given to you, it is applied to the booking as shown.

Changing or cancelling

• You can cancel an appointment yourself from your account page: open the booking and choose Cancel.
• To change a time, please call the shop on +855 12 590 655.

Your account

• Keep your name, email address and phone number up to date, so we can reach you about your appointments.
• You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Do not share your login link or login code.
• You can delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy and the Profile & data section of your account page.

Using the site

• Please do not use the site to make bookings you do not intend to keep, to copy it in bulk, or to interfere with it.
• We do our best to keep the site and the times accurate, but we cannot promise the site is never unavailable. A booking is final once the shop accepts it.
